Dispute resolution

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law as per Section 7 (1) TMG. In accordance with Sections 8–10 TMG, we are not, as a service provider, obliged to monitor transmitted nor stored third-party information or conduct an investigation in circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard only applies from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific breach of the law. As soon as we become aware of any such breach, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our content contains links to external third-party websites, over whose content we have no influence. As such, we cannot accept any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the web pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time at which we linked to them. No illegal content was found at the time that the link was created.
Ongoing monitoring of linked-to pages is not, however, reasonable without concrete evidence of a breach of the law. As soon as we become aware of legal breaches, we will remove such links immediately.
